A Clean Air Zone (CAZ) could be coming to Cardiff

Cardiff City Council is in talks of introducing a clean air zone (CAZ) and congestion charge for motorists. The proposed scheme would be aimed at improving air quality and reducing congestion with non-compliant vehicles facing a charge for driving through the centre.
